Common Questions
Does ceramic coating prevent all scratches?
Ceramic coating adds a degree of scratch resistance and protects against light swirls and contaminants, but it is not a scratch-proof barrier. It will not prevent deep scratches from keys or stone chips. For maximum protection, paint protection film (PPF) is the next step up.
Do I need paint correction before a ceramic coating?
Yes — and we include it as standard. Applying a ceramic coating over imperfect paint locks in any swirls or scratches permanently. Our process always starts with a full correction to ensure the coating bonds to a flawless surface.
How long does the coating last?
Depending on the product used and how well the vehicle is maintained, our coatings last between 2 and 5 years. We'll recommend the right product for your usage and budget when you enquire.
How do I maintain a ceramic-coated car?
Maintenance is much simpler than an uncoated car. We provide a full aftercare guide with every coating. The key rules are: avoid automatic car washes with brushes, use a pH-neutral shampoo, and rinse regularly. We also offer a Maintenance Plan to keep the coating performing at its best.
