Common Questions
How long does the Tidy Up Valet take?
Typically 1–2 hours depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. We'll give you a more accurate estimate when you book.
Do you need water or power at my location?
We carry our own water supply in our fully self-contained mobile van, but we do need access to a power source (a standard outdoor socket is perfect).
Can I upgrade to a deeper clean on the day?
Absolutely — if you'd like to add extras or upgrade to our Signature Deep Clean, just let us know when you book or on the day and we'll accommodate where possible.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Newbury and cover Berkshire and surrounding areas — Thatcham, Hungerford, Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Oxford and more. Travel charges may apply further afield.
